International Implication of Unlimited US PresidentBush's Claims to Unlimited Power Vs. the whole worldlying us to war: The Plame ScandalAlthough our war is a crime against international law, the gensis of this crime was domestic, committed against our laws as the President manipulated evidence and openly lied our country into an illegal war. The Plame Scandal effectively exposes these lies and manipulations, as well as the political and press system that makes them possible. This illegal war was then manipulated by the president, the press, and the politicians into a "globlal war" to justifiy unlimited foreign and domestic presidential powers. The NYT and WP, along with the entirity of America's Corporate Press, made these crimes possible. First, to perpetuate the president's crimes they hid them. After the president's crimes could no longer be hidden, our press and politicians have worked hard to justify our government's foreign and domestic crimes. The genisis of all of our crimes was domestic. But our crimes are not limited to the executive branch, but are also shared by the corrupted failures of our Congress and Free Press, who both uniformly mouthed, and continue to mouth, the lies of the Bush Administration. The Dem congress has supported bush's war with funding, and crafted illegal laws to cover bush's domestic crimes. It appears this lie, that the President is Above the Law, is not being repudiated by the incoming Obama administration. In any case, none of these lies have been confronted, nor any of these liars held accountable. That the range of responsibility for our openly committing war crimes is spread so widely across our press and political institutions indicates that our political and press processess are broken, and that our government is currently incapable of operating within its own rules of legitimacy. As of Jan 21, 2008 The Office of the President still posseses and wields criminal powers, Congress is still criminally corrupt and throughly bribed, and the press is still incapable of reporting any of these facts. It is quite amazing that none of these critical failures of our democratic process were issues in the recent presidential election. Especially as the same process that created the Iraq War was used to loot our economy. None of these crimes have been repudiated, nor have the criminals been charged. 2) The Unlimited President:Domestic Tyranttop of page: the Unlimited President Page Lying us to War: The Plame Scandallying us to war: Politicians, Press, and Public Swallow like Porn StarsAlthough our war is a crime against international law, the gensis of this crime was domestic, committed against our laws as the President manipulated evidence and openly lied our country into an illegal war. The Plame Scandal effectively exposes these lies and manipulations, as well as the political and press system that keeps these illegal powers operative across changes in administration and independent of which party is in control of congress. This illegal war was then manipulated by the president, the press, and the politicians into a "globlal war" to justifiy unlimited foreign and domestic presidential powers. The NYT and WP, along with the entirity of America's Corporate Press, made these crimes possible. First, to perpetuate the president's crimes they hid them. After the president's crimes could no longer be hidden, our press and politicians have worked hard to justify our government's foreign kidnapping and torture, as well as the ongoing illegal domestic search powers for unlimited warrantless searches. These criminal powers have been accepted and absorbed as presidential powers by both the Repugnants and the Democraps. Both parties have disgraced our Constitution by allowing these crimes to be committed by a sitting president. The genisis of all of our crimes was domestic political corruption. But our crimes are not limited to the executive branch, but are also shared by the corrupted failures of our Congress and Free Press. Congress failed by tolerating the commission of open crimes by the executive branch, and by allowing these criminal powers to pass into the Obama administration. The Corporate Press has killed and eaten our Free Press, and can be uniformly relied on to mouth, the lies of the corporate bribers who own both the Administration and Congress. The Dem congress has long supported bush's war with funding, and crafted illegal laws to cover his foreign and domestic crimes. It appears this lie, that the President is Above the Law, is not being repudiated by the incoming Obama administration. In any case, none of these lies have been confronted, nor any of these liars held accountable. And although Obama, Panetta, and Holder have all said the "right" things, each has reserved the right to kidnap, render, secretly detain, and torture anyone on order of the president. This is exactly the position of the Bush Admin. That the range of responsibility for our openly committing war crimes is spread so widely across our press and political institutions indicates that our political and press processess are completely broken, and that our government is currently incapable of operating within its own rules of legitimacy. As of Feb 21, 2008 The Office of the President still posseses and wields criminal powers, Congress is still criminally corrupt and throughly bribed, and the press is still incapable of honestly reporting any of these facts. It is quite amazing that none of these critical failures of our democratic process were issues in the recent presidential election. Especially as the same process that created the Iraq War was used to loot our economy. None of these crimes have been repudiated, nor have the criminals been charged. Nothing has Changed. ...
